Peru is an important A4 paper market in South America, especially for schools and printing offices.

A distributor from Lima contacted us requesting a quotation for 80gsm A4 copy paper delivered to Callao Port.

The client’s initial email stated:

“We import office paper regularly. Please quote CIF Callao for one 20ft container.”

After confirming specifications and packaging requirements, we sent the quotation along with technical specifications:

• Brightness: 102–104%

• Opacity: above 92%

• Standard export packing

Production started after receiving the deposit. Within one week the container was ready for shipment at Qingdao Port.

Transit time from Qingdao to Callao was around 32–35 days.

Once the shipment arrived in Peru, the buyer shared feedback:
