Kenya is a growing market for office paper in East Africa. A Nairobi-based importer contacted us through a trade platform looking for 70gsm A4 paper for the local office supply market.

The buyer initially requested a price for two containers but wanted to test the quality first. During a WhatsApp discussion he asked:

“Can you send real loading photos and carton specifications?”

We shared detailed pictures of previous shipments and provided the container loading plan.

Payment was made via TT 30% deposit before production.

After the shipment arrived in Mombasa, the buyer confirmed the paper quality met their expectations. The product was distributed to office supply stores in Nairobi.
